Curious to know if anyone's firms are currently or recently used any vendors/products that track Bloomberg, Factset and/or Capital IQ usage.
If you have any exposure or experiences that you are willing to share, that'd be awesome.
Some of the companies that I'm aware of in this niche are below, but I'd also be interested in other companies that aren't currently on my radar:
TRG Screen/ResearchMonitor - they have a dedicated usage-tracking solution that integrates directly with Bloomberg and other terminal logins, which can help in identifying underused or inactive accounts.
MMG Partners - these guys have their own proprietary "smart capture" product to track specific Bloomberg terminal functions to aid in justifying and/or optimizing their subscriptions.
BST America - looking into them and don't know much about them at all.
