I'm serious about donating money. Instead of costing some miserable guy his job, make someone else's life better.
This is not unusual, but most of the time, the car drivers are pretty professional, but shit happens. Someone I know was in the car when it had a full on collision: he panicked and said that he was late for a meeting, handed the driver $$$, and he kept going....and he made it to the strip club before everyone left. He still has the driver's number, just in case he needs some help with an unusual circumstance.
I was just slightly annoyed last night and wanted to rant, as well as get some comfort in knowing this kind of sh*t happens to others on occasion.
To the DontMakeMeShortYou guy: I wouldn't tell on the driver, it was just a truck parked on the side of the street (my first crash in a company car was a lot worse than that). Definitely still getting used to NY though...
