Considering buying an Apple Watch for sleep tracking - worth it?

As you can guess by the title, my quality of sleep is awful and I’m always exhausted. For those of you who own an Apple Watch, how good is the sleep tracking? Has it been useful?

If I can buy one used for cheap I’ll pull the trigger

I have a garmin instinct. It's being sold at a discount right now because the newer version came out. I use it to track sleep, workouts, heart rate variability, etc and it has a 14 day battery life. Would recommend.

Garmin > Apple

Bought my Garmin in 2018 and it is still going strong.

Garmin watches do a poor job at tracking sleep quality, and many of their statistics are wrong from actual numbers.

Check out Quantified Scientist on youtube. This guy buys all watches and compares them to devices used for measuring specific stats. Apple Watches are very accurate with measuring most stats, and Garmin isn’t that great, especially with sleep tracking. The biggest flaw of the apple watch tho is the battery life sucks.
