Anyone ever try creating an iPhone game or app before? If so, how does one get started with no coding background? Ideally looking for low cost app dev -> is Upwork a good platform start or any other recommendations?

When someone I know needed a website or an app developed in the States, I just got it done for them using my engineer friends back home, lol.
