Currency Wars - Don't really understand the underlying mechanics/economics
I don't know anything about foreign exchange markets, so could someone please explain to me why QE2 is going to put upwards pressure on a lot of other currencies? I don't understand the underlying mechanics/economics. Also, what exactly is a "currency war?"
This calls for another shameless self promotion :) Some real nice analysis in the comments, as well.
