You just need to show interest/improvement, they are not expecting you to be a whiz. I used to download books as PDFs and read them at my boring internship years ago. Maybe download one of the M&A books.
SIE is fine, do it if you want but doesn't add anything at all, but you are required to have bank sponsorship for the others. Knopman can be purchased for $2k or something on your own but really just wait until they give it to you for free. Most banks don't even require the 7 except if in capital markets, so the list of requirements is SIE which they encourage you to do senior spring/summer, and then the 79/63 which take a week.
