Dexter
Anyone watch the show? I'm going through season 1 right now and I think it's awesome.
The story revolves around a protagonist with homicidal tendencies: stalking serial killers during the day (he works for the law), then kills them at night.
His detached monologues about society, while nowhere near as deranged as Patrick Bateman's, is still hilarious I find.
Recommended.
Serial killing for fun and profit is always a good basis for a show
I only saw part of season 1 but the show is genius. Definitely the most likeable serial killer ever (who didn't work in finance).

Great show. This season was good too, albeit different from the first season. Dexter is a great character.
It's definitely one of my favorite shows. The book is also worth a read, it's named Darkly Dreaming Dexter.

i thought season 2 was even better than the first.
Doakes was an epic character.
