Do I need consent from (future) employer to open a Fidelity account?
Starting FT at a BB sometime in August, but I currently am not working for them as my start date was pushed back. I want to open a Fidelity account to invest some money and experiment a bit with day trading but when making my account there is a question regarding FINRA 3210 that says that I need consent from my employer if its a financial institution. Because I am not yet working, is this necessary?
you always need consent. nice try Brock Turner
Not right now
Say you're a student or unemployed, just disclose to your firm whenever you start
