No. I had some grey hair but it went away but I am not sure why.  It depends on the target audience.  I do not think grey hair looks good on young people for the dating scene.  However, some grey hair might work to your advantage in finance.  The grey makes you look a little older and more mature which might help bring in clients

In all seriousness though, why is salt and pepper a bad thing? A little grey hair to look older might actually be a positive and help you appear a bit more distinguished if you're ever speaking with clients/LPs no? Folks like Bill Ackman embrace grey fox look.
