Do you guys check people's office address in their email sig?
If I have the time, I always pull up people's office address from their email signature in google maps to see if they work in a cool building or a cool part of town. Is that just me?
Is this what my director does instead of giving back comments in a reasonable amount of time?
I have only done this with bosses addresses never other random people
That might be the least interesting thing you can find out with someone's name, phone number, email, and work address. 😉

A PM at my old shop said he used to look at the address of candidates applications on google match, and if they were from a lower-middle class/rough background, he would give them more weight as it showed they fought harder to get where they are.
google match? google maps obviously. been doing index match fucking galore today. cant edit it.
I do this to see if they live in a WASPy neighbourhood to mentally prepare to meet a "lower income" person if they don't.
