Do you use a realtor?

Hi all,

I’m curious how many of you use a realtor when looking for condos to purchase.

I’m in the Chicago area and know the neighborhoods pretty well so I don’t need any market/neighborhood analysis that realtors usually provide.

Is there any benefit that realtors provide to a buyer?

For what it’s worth, I’m in CRE so I understand the third party and closing processes well. Not sure if this is a completely different game in residential.
