im an incoming summer analyst and during onboarding it says they reserve the right to drug test. I have my I-9 and fingerprint in 2 days at a 3rd party service but no mention of a drug test

I think it is illegal to test for 420 in NYC (unless you're law enforcement, heavy machine operator, security clearance, etc.)

OP, research shows that JPM doesn't test for cannabis. But if you started messing around with goofy crap like PCP or heroin, you're toast (and you deserve it). Obviously, the other big one is don't show up drunk or high regardless.
Also wondering if JPM do drug test for interns. Would be away from the U.S. for a while...
They did 8 years ago but you could take it whenever you wanted before the start date
