I mainly tend to read the newspaper/WSO or check some mindless stuff on my phone so happy to hear what you all do.

Pretty good no face-time culture in my group of getting off the desk when there's no actual work. Me and several other people use the firm gym frequently. Also go for walk, meet a friend for coffee, etc
