I have an internship planned for summer 2024 in downtown LA and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions in terms of finding short term housing downtown in the financial district. Any Facebook groups?

Heard Santa Monica has still some reasonably priced units and in a more desirable area than Downtown LA
Why not get a place in a nicer neighborhood near downtown? LA has many better areas
because I don't have a car and I would like to walk to work
