Dress Code for Super Day
Hello All,
As SA applications close, I am wondering what the dress code is for Super Days. Is it different by location or pretty much the same? Also wondering if I should play it as bland as possible i.e. Charcoal Suit and dark tie, or personalize the look with a novelty tie or cool socks. Does it look bad to have a unique look or is it better to blend in?
If it’s for a finance role, wear business professional attire. If it’s for a tech role, wear smart casual.
Do you want them to remember your competence or your cute socks?
Wear business professional, no socks
Wear a plain business suit with a plain formal tie. Don't wanna be seeing duck ties and monkey socks.
