Started an ecommerce store on Shopify as an experiment/side hustle. I know its cheesy and there are a ton of scams and scammers in the space, but I think I have found a niche/community that I know well and a product that I can make appealing. I designed a simple product and manufacturing and fulfillment is done by a third party when I receive an order through my site.
Does anyone have experience with this and have any tips for increasing sales/conversions. I've gotten a small amount of direct traffic through some social media ads but conversion rate is really low.

To clarify, the product is something that I designed, and the drop shipping part is that it is manufactured and fulfilled by a third party. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I’m not just reselling phone chargers from alibaba.
Well thats different - in which case I would not be asking bankers but rather as many marketers as possible. If you have your own product is there anyway you could do some grass roots affiliate marketing. IDK what your margins or product - but AMZN offer affiliates 1-10% so I imagine you would have to be higher than this for Marketing. So often I think that there are a lot of people that overestimate the ability of social media marketing - aka how easy it is to market on there.
