Uhhh, because it's common in the automotive industry to realize leases as full sales, a practice done with frequency outside of Tesla? And it's only a story now because haters are trying to find ways to hate on the stock now that your list of arguments is starting to dwindle down.
Read up on Elon Musk yesterday and what that guy is doing with both Tesla and SpaceX is pretty impressive. With Tesla, I believe they solved the three key issues holding back electric cars:
Provided they can continue to lower charging times and roll out the charger network, once they start trading down to midprice cars they can explode.
You should check out how lean they are managing SpaceX. Some snippets:
