Emailing after interviews post-college?

Just got to a seat where I'm helping conduct interviews and it got me thinking: what's kosher these days for people a few years out of college / mid-career? Do you guys still send thank you notes to your interviewers?

Personally, I don't care to get the inbox clutter from candidates since I take my own notes and recruiters keep track of it for us. But maybe I'm just being cynical.
