End of Year Review
I have my end of year review as an Analyst (not in IB I am in RE) end of the week. Been here for a 1.5yr and have total 3yrs experience.
How do I go about letting my manager know that I am concerned with future growth? I have been looking for a new job anyways as I do not like the culture, but I would at least like to learn as much as possible while here. I feel my role is extremely limited and gradually getting more administrative like. There’s other internal teams but the company doesn’t really promote internal switching.
