I watched this as an undergrad too. A really excellent documentary that I would recommend to any business major. The games that were played with CAs energy grid were unbelievable...
It was an excellent film and everyone should definitely see it. While Enron was full of fraud, a lot of what happen with CA energy grid was caused by inefficiencies of CA own design. The film makes it look like the power companies were only to blame when in fact there were other market forces.
Wtf you talking about guy...Don't you know that Enron and GWB secretly put an end to Grey Davis vow to run for President through shorting CA energy illegally. Jeeze...
There is nothing that could happen or has happened to the state of california government that isn't at least 50% their fault, enron's "arbitrage" of their power markets included.
