My ex girl (the same one) recently got back into town and is offering to set me up with her friends. I accepted because I recently broke up with another girl and could do with a fling or two.
Having seen a few different girls (she has tons of hot friends), i hooked up with two of them. Both slutty and nothing special in the sack but pretty to look at but not so good to listen to. One of her friends is great, very pretty, great personality and easy to talk to for ages. The other night we spent all night on the phone talking.
However, in discussing with my ex-girl, she says she is saving herself for marriage and will only get serious if she sees me as marriage material. I dont want to settle down yet but I really like this girl. What can I do?

If sex is such a vital part to a relationship to the point where it's a non-starter, then it is you who is the tool. Neither of you will be attractive when you're 60, so a long lasting relationship is built on those more fundamental elements in a relationship.
If all you want to do is bang, then clearly don't go out with her. If all you want to do is bang her and have a semi-long relationship, you're taking away a strong moral point she values (and you clearly have to value it a lot to hold out this long), and that's just terrible.
It's fine to NOT want to grow up at your age, but find girls that fit your goals better. And when you're ready to adjust your goals, then maybe you can look at her. Or hey, maybe she's worth changing your goals for.
