Excel Help: Reorganize Financial Statement Data to Easily Analyze with Pivot Tables
Hey guys, does anyone know a quick way to easily reorganize the data in an IS or BS to be formatted vertically into columns (account name, type, year, value) so that I could create a pivot table to analyze the data. See photos (https://imgur.com/a/rIwvB3S) for before and after images to make things more clear.
Would you be able to do this with if statements and VLookup or would the use of macros be needed. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks
