Excel shortcuts problems
I am on a portable PC, Windows 10. Most of the excel shortcuts do not work and I don't know why (especially alt+...). Can someone help me?

Is your Alt key linked to a different function?
What happens when you are in excel and you hit Alt? Do letters appear above the commands in your ribbon?
