After a certain point at a lot of jobs, no one cares what you do as long as you get your work done.

I think it depends on your team or shop. My last team liked work-life balance, so running to grab a quick workout during the lunch to be back within an hour was not an issue. My current shop is a little different. It's very much a grinder mentality so slipping out to grab a workout is not feasible, dipping out earlier is possible though. We're on the west coast and do some business out east, so the time difference can put pressure to finish things out by early afternoon.

Dependent on team culture but if your team is a bunch of fatasses they WILL take issue with it because every day you are reminding them of their own lack of willpower
