Experiencing anxiety during the day
Anyone else experience anxiety throughout the day? Been overwhelmed with workstreams and projects and been getting too many comments for changes to slides and everyone asking for deliverables all at once.
If so, any advice to better manage time and also anxiety?
Been working almost 2 years and still experience this anxiety that you have as well
Normal, it's an overwhelming job. Make lists if you need to - project A has a meeting at 8am tomorrow and is priority, project B the MD needs tonight but is not an immediate focus, project C meets in two weeks and you can turn to after you get A and B out. Show people the list if they are chasing you
I also find taking 5 minute walks helps a ton. Go get lunch 3 blocks away instead of just downstairs, walk to a bathroom on a different floor to get more steps in, etc
