Eye discomfort and headaches

I first started noticing eye discomfort (aching, soreness, dryness, etc.) over COVID. This has been compounded by tension headaches in my forehead and temples, after a head injury that was sustained over a year ago. It seems to be most prevalent when I'm tired or looking at screens for a long time. I've had decent success with essential oils and blue light glasses but still struggling...
Does anyone have a similar problem? If so, what worked for you?
