Finger Prints ran after offer??

So I’ve seen quiet a few topics regarding background checks on here but none in my particular situation. I cleared a check and was granted a start date. I have a DWI but that’s all I have so it was all good to go. But apparently it’s this firms policy to run finger prints again just before the hire date and I just received an email stating that they need documents regarding my arrest. Apparently additional non criminal charges popped up. I was unaware I was ever charged with these because in the final court dispostion all I was ever charged with by the ADA was the DWI. I guess the cop added some additional stuff that the ADA dropped. Could I potentially have my offer rescinded over this? I spoke with the firm but all they have said is that it won’t affect my start date and that HR is reviewing the documents I sent over. Anyone have experience in this?
