I'm sure this has been thought of by now, but it is worth stressing anyway.
It would be helpful to those of us that cannot make it if some sort of summary was made (though I don't think there is need to take any formal meetings) that would mention how many people have turned up, what was discussed and if any sort of plan of action was agreed upon.
One thing I would like to be discussed in the meeting (in my absence) is the idea of creating a group that works on case studies of different sorts.
