no need for that, just make sure you tip your MD post bonus and you'll be fine.
I usually tip 2,500 bps down year & 3,500 bps in a good year. Do you think this is enough or should I go higher? When I was at Barclays previously, our bonus was in MyTeam Points and Shark Cards so I was able to tip 8,000 bps of that and they let me go A2A.
