Idk who else has had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with the bus delays, terrible logistics, and terrible customer service. I think that this is an industry that needs to be disrupted. They recently split up their partnership and double fucked me. The peterpan bus that was taking me to the connecting location was an hour late and the greyhound bus left on time so I got fucked and had to take a significantly later bus and pay for it since neither bus line would take liability. I think that there needs to be a new bus system that completely fucks these guys over. Idk who the fuck runs them, but they’re garbage.
