Cigarette smoking is down across the board but nicotine usage is actually increasing due to vape and smokeless tobaccos (everyone in the office is zynned the fucked up).
You know what also has more users than marijuana? Opiates. And a lot of those are legal thanks to the "experts" in the pharma industry.
