Getting in shape as an intern in IB
Fellow monkeys, it's been almost three months since the new year and, alas, my new years resolution of getting in shape is getting away from me.
I guess I'm looking for some advice on how to fit in some exercise while working 80+ hours a week, though I'd say my main struggle is getting the diet down. Between the daily dinner allowance, and the fact I'm usually exhausted over the weekend with no desire to cook, I'm finding it very difficult to lock down my nutrition.
Keen to get your advice, no matter what field or level you're at in finance. Thank you in advance!
