I occasionally have large bouts of free time at work. I am trying to maximize this time and to do this I started reading the 10-Ks of various REITs/ market reports for different asset classes ( I work in real estate). I just want to get more privy to market knowledge and maybe even bolster my IQ in the process. Does anyone have any advice on utilizing down time to learn?

Reading a bunch of financials valuation books right now. Sometimes when I bored, I read Foreign Policy books.
