Giving my speech soon... need serious help

I'm about to turn 20 and my school graduation is less than 2 months away. I seriously cant recall anything memorable from my school except being shoved at the locker. Everyone seems to be excited about leaving school except me; i don't give a shit about my friends, if that's what you call people you just walk with.

Half my teachers don't like me, however i just want to give a good speech as it will count as 40 percent of my grade in English class. I need tips, anyone of you have spoken in public. I will literally be a stranger as a lot of people don't know me, we are a small school max 500 students i think. How can i boost my confidence for 5 min? Or if there is a particular topic i could speak of as again, i cant recall a significant event at that school. I was thinking to talk about you guys and how i meet such a wonderful people but i don't think they will have it. They are used to see me alone. If anyone can recall what you did when you were my age i will be very thankful for it.
