Goals

So Im moving to nyc on sunday and I was transferring a bunch of files to my external hard drive when i came across a file labeled "goals 2007". So i opened it and looked it over and i ended up achieving 7 of the 9 goals that I had set out for myself.

I was curious as to if anyone here has done the same and has written goals. Sure we are all motivated people atleast about our careers otherwise we wouldnt use this forum, but how many of you actually take the time to write out goals for yourself. Are there something that is just subconsciously there or do you write them down.

Sort of a strange subject but I was curious as to other users and how they handled this.

Every once in a while I find stuff like that. I always realize that the person I was 6 months ago would have hated the person I've become. That's why we live in the present :-P
