Hi, there's a PF a few minutes walk from my place at $10-20 a month but I'm a serious lifter who likes compound movements like squats, bench etc and the setup there is likely ass, because it's in NYC and much less equipment than even a regular PF.
I can go without them but also am wary of paying $300/mo for some not so great actual gym @ Equinox thats super close to work (do they have room for squat racks and stuff anyway?)
But also thinking of spending a few hundred on a home workout setup. Before I pulled the trigger, wanted to be made aware of any gyms in the NYC/Midtown/HK area that's relatively walkable and not $300/mo like Lifetime or Equinox. Thanks guys.
