Hang in there college students, you’re almost there

Skimming WSO and wanted to ramble a bit because it gives me major nostalgia for the undergrad struggle.

I can’t believe I did all that networking and interview prep and bullshit extracurriculars and 3 years of obsessing over what internship I was going to get that summer. That period in my life had a really distinct feel because for a few years you’re on the precipice of finally achieving your big career goal and you know you’re doing all the right stuff, but it doesn’t really count until you have that job offer in hand. That level of delayed gratification is hard for almost anyone, but holy shit it’s all so worth it. 10/10 would strongly encourage you all to keep grinding away for a couple more years so the following 40 years of your career are way more fun.

unironically true, it's senior year and I've become a NEET, in my now free time I am bettering my IB skills and learning about real estate so I can start saving up for an investment property. Take the bankerpill.
