On a serious note, yes, I hear that all the time but at least I appreciate some level of kindness (superficial but better than nothing imho)
Have learned to not ask other Analysts how their weekend was because a) they most likely had to work all weekend and I donβt want to remind them how much their life sucks, b) donβt want to have staffer overhear their story of their great weekend and get them staffed, or c) I donβt want to respond and share that I actually had a chill weekend bc word might get out and I might get staffed bc of capacity loool
I prefer to just ask what people are working on, what theyβre getting for lunch, or make funny/out of pocket comments usually about seniors, slackers, non-target/target behavior, or dumb clients
