Have learned to not ask other Analysts how their weekend was because a) they most likely had to work all weekend and I don’t want to remind them how much their life sucks, b) don’t want to have staffer overhear their story of their great weekend and get them staffed, or c) I don’t want to respond and share that I actually had a chill weekend bc word might get out and I might get staffed bc of capacity loool

I prefer to just ask what people are working on, what they’re getting for lunch, or make funny/out of pocket comments usually about seniors, slackers, non-target/target behavior, or dumb clients
