Harassment
Someone I know started go get drinks with her bosses every single night. After few months the managing director tried to kiss her and she said no and let her go. She told her other boss about it and told him not to report it but later she hired lawyer to sue the company. The company fired both managing director and the senior vice president immediately. She still wanted money so the company paid her few hundred thousand dollars. Is that really a harassment if she wanted to go out with them alone every night?
