Have you ever joined Lynda.com or other websites for the online classes?
I don't work for these people or anything but I was wondering f you've had any luck going onto their website and learning the material through the website.

What materials are you looking for? I know lynda.com won't have anything that's in depth related to wall street.
Dude, look around university websites, Coursera and Edx. Certain professors/ departments from schools post materials for self-teaching online.
resume education section -- online courses? (Originally Posted: 08/15/2010)
Hi there,
I was wondering if it's alright to include under the education section of my resume the school and the courses that I've taken online? E.g. distance learning courses, and open courses.
Thanks!

I wouldn't, unless you took them at your school over the summer - for example your university offered an online course you wanted. If it's relevant, then that would be fine and you don't even have to mention it is online.
If, however, it is with an online school, or something and you just took some online courses, I'd leave them off of my resume and focus on taking some relevant coursework at your university if you want to cite some relevant coursework on your resume.

love most of the courses.
but the guy doing the VBA one makes me want to kill myself.
Don't know how I will be able to sit through these - anyone else have/had this particular problem?
Seriously considering looking for programs which will change his voice. Any suggestions?
