Dude, look around university websites, Coursera and Edx. Certain professors/ departments from schools post materials for self-teaching online.

I wouldn't, unless you took them at your school over the summer - for example your university offered an online course you wanted. If it's relevant, then that would be fine and you don't even have to mention it is online.

If, however, it is with an online school, or something and you just took some online courses, I'd leave them off of my resume and focus on taking some relevant coursework at your university if you want to cite some relevant coursework on your resume.
