Hey Andy,

I just bought the guide and a lot of the text in the bolded headings and footnotes are jumbled and very annoying/hard to read. I actually have the 2010 one so can I get a refund and/or an uncorrupted version?

Thanks.

Hi Minne, can you give me an example of pages? Just looked through entire PDF and nothing caught my eye. Yes, you can get a refund, just send the receipt from your 2010 purchase and she will refund you the $.

Thanks for heads up on issues...can you give me a few exmaples so I can look into it?

Interested as well. Do you have BIWS as well? If so, a brief comparison would be SB-worthy.

Payment finally authorized- will try to read the guide tonight (and maybe tomorrow) and write up a review comparing it to BIWS

Opening thoughts- and I will continue to edit this post. A bit sloppy- some repeated words etc. I like the visuals much more than anything my BIWS has. On valuation- would you ever say market valuation in an interview? This is nitpicky, but I would personally never say it, nor have I heard it discussed before as a possible answer to the 'how to value a company' question.

Black Jack, thanks for the heads up. Can you PM me where there are repeated words? page #?

Also, I think you could say mkt valuation in an interview, but it is probably best to say there are 3 primary methods, DCF, public comparables and trading comps -- if they want more you can go into LBO, mkt valuation, liquidation, etc.

Good point, we will make that more clear.

I bought both the tech and behavioural guides in 2012 and just received the 2013 guide. I cant recommend the tech guide enough to anyone if they haven't made their mind yet as to whether pay for it or not.

The combo of the 2 guides no doubt helped me nail my Rothschild internship interview and helped me get an offer

This guide would really be helpful for us fresh graduates. I definitely believe that anxiety is the hardest thing to deal with during interviews. Hope the guide would suggest some tips to deal with this anxiety!
