Hoboken roommate wanted - luxury apt building - $2K per person
Got tired of paying nosebleed rents in Manhattan. Moving to Hoboken this summer and looking at a couple 2BR/2BA super-luxury apartments, about $1900 per person. Doorman, weight room and cardio room in building, 3 blocks from Path subway to Manhattan. More expensive apt has in-unit washer/dryer and manhattan skyline view.

Just curious - do you travel a lot for your job? I assume you will fly out of EWR if you live in Hoboken?
Mix of NJ pharma clients and midwest industrial clients.Not a big deal to get to LGA/JFK when necessary as usually leaving early morning / coming back late at night when there is little traffic.
That's still a bit pricey for Hoboken, I'm at 3k for a 2b/2ba with everything you listed, though its uptown
Yeah its right by the Path. How do you get to work?
I take the bus. I know a bunch of people living uptown by the river who take the ferry or their building offers a shuttle to the path
Just wanted to say rent seems exorbitant, even for a luxury building close to the Path.
Although you will save on taxes living in NJ.
