Hello,
Going to Intern in NYC and office is located around midtown East. I'm curious what is the best way to find affordable housing outside of NYU dormitories?
I looked around and it seems like Airbnb is a no go and other websites like leasebreak aren't going to be helpful anymore with the new laws passed in NYC.
Does anyone have any advice on this? I don't have many family/friends that live in NYC either.
I stayed at one at nyu during my IB internship and it was relatively cheaper than sublets I could find and it was close by to many subways. I stayed at one on East 14th street and 3rd by Union square
He specifically say he was looking for housing outside of nyu dorms..

Found Study has two locations in midtown, pretty similar pricing to the NYU dorms
The dorms are reasonably priced for summer housing short term rentals
