Curious to hear what peoples thoughts are here on taking vacation (especially in Houston). I am at a pretty sweaty bank here and would like to take a few days (3-5 at most) off to travel and unwind. Has anyone taken any time off or have stories of any 1st or 2nd year analyst taking time off? I don't want to be screwed over right now given the job market but I feel that I could really benefit from taking a few days.
