I grew up in a RE family, its really all I know. I love the tangible side of the asset, its more then just numbers on a piece of paper.

Unfortunately, many may be motivated for prestige. The stupid stereotypical Harvard>GS>HBS>KKR is complete bullshit and people should focus more on their interest. Few will get this exact career route and if it would out for them that's fine, but people need to be more open into the other choices. Most people on here are not that stupid but I know there is a lot of this "prestige" mentality.
