How do foreigners buy USA stock?
How would my uncle in China buy American stocks? Is it very complicated? I don't want to give him access to my bank accounts and buy it for him due to tax purposes.

I know this site has a lot of really knowledgeable professionals on it, but you might be better served going to Google. There could be taxes, restrictions, limits, special circumstances, ect that most users would not know about. Since its China I assume most of them would hurt you, but maybe you could find a loop hole or special circumstance that goes in your favor. I am sure there has to be a website saying how foreigners can trade US stocks.
Also, I would assume Taiwan would allow it, but I am not sure.
