How do you launch a non-profit?

Currently organizing capital to launch a nonprofit organization that sends low income families on their dream vacation when they can’t afford to take off work / pay for a trip. I’ve developed a relationship with Disney & some financial groups to bring in the money but I’m wondering what I need to do from a business standpoint to get this setup as an actual institution. What advice do you guys have on registering a 501(c)(3) and retaining compliance, especially with taking corporate capital?

I’ve currently recruited a team of fellow college students in partnership with the university but I’m not sure how to setup the formal business structure. We got started with one family and now plan to send thousands of families on their dream vacations. The goal is to eventually run a larger nonprofit org that operates in multiple avenues but I’m not sure what the proper steps are at this point.
