Was in a similar situation a couple of months ago.

My suggestion is to be as aloof as possible. Talk in an aggressive way that makes her feel uncomfortable. Not like "fuck off".

Text her back using as few words as possible. Show absolutely no interest in the topics she proposes to say. Don't answer any questions regarding her "I know I'm pretty and I want a man working in high-finance. Why can't I find a good boyfriend" or "hey how are you doing on the dating front"? Just completely ignore her.

IMO, this kind of women are the most stupid, pretentious, and unattractive types in general, even if they are a 7 or 8, no reasonable guy would date (or even a hookup because they think SOOO highly of themselves) them.

Persistency is Key

You do realize that all the things you suggested will probably just egg her on? If she's already approaching OP with that line of questioning, she's looking for a challenge.

@OP Just be up front and lay it out that you're not interested in dating her, and that you're done talking about it and leave it there. Just dodging it all in the hope of being polite is just being dishonest to your actual friend, who is the whole reason she even knows you in the first place. If he brings it up that she said something, just own the fact you said what you did and why you did and you don't want it to affect his friendship

This is how it usually goes:

guy: “I’m not interested in dating you, I don’t find you attractive”

girl: “ok let’s have sex”
