How does your bank deal with sexual harassment?

From Bill O'Reilly to the recent Harvey Weintein allegations of sexual harassment, the news is littered with scandals and accusations from across the industries. Unsurprisingly banks weren't spared as well. In this article, a recent survey involving 25 banks listed on the Bombay Stock Exchanges (BSE) reported a 5% increase in sexual harassment complaints in FY17.

While some see the increase as a decadence of moral decency, others see it as an improvement in workplace culture where victims are increasingly aware of their rights and feel more comfortable voicing it out to management.

I was wondering, in a IB ‘Models & Bottles’ culture how do banks deal with sexual harassment and its reporting at the workplace? Have you heard any stories?
