I live this exact same life. Commute isn't what kills you, it's lack of urgency. Set a strict, earlier bedtime and ensure you get EVERYTHING done that you need to.
Of course you can flip these around, but I enjoy a 'leisurely' morning, or as close as my job permits
So you do all your cooking, gym and shit at night? Or in the AM? Just worried when I start to get slammed everything goes out the window
